With a strong foundation in procurement administration, I chose to move deeper into business operations, orchestration and management. While the holistic view is as important as the detail, I believe that the real key to success is effective cross-functional collaboration.

I became a team leader at the age of 22 and have been placed in leadership positions ever since; including two director roles where I led departments of over 100 employees. I have sought mentorship and coaching along the way to support me with my lived experiences. It has been one of the most rewarding and challenging parts of my career to date.
