I have on multiple occasion had the opportunity to identify, create and implement strategic frameworks that drive tangible results. For instance, at Binyan Studios, we opened our first international office in New York City to increase our service level, nurture growth in the US, and hire local expertise, recognizing the importance of cultural relevance. Similarly, at Wunderman Thompson MAP, I supported the growth of the marketing operations team from 150 to over 300 employees to service our growing client base. Here we created a global expansion framework that allowed clients to receive support and services in their local time zone from someone who understood them beyond just language. At Veo Technologies, I created and implemented a programme management framework, including a hardware Stage Gate Model, which optimized the product development process, increased transparency, and improved communication across functions for key product launches. At IKEA, I created a new spend analysis framework for IKEA Australia to create oversight and aid strategic decision-making. The framework was rolled out across Asia Pacific and later used as a business case for a global procurement initiative.

Tactics can change and decisions are made outside of the boardroom on a daily basis, but setting the direction and communicating how we as leaders intend to continually add value to our customers is essential for team alignment. My commitment extends beyond the initial workshop and planning phase; I'm here to guide the team in turning their strategy into tangible tactics, maintain momentum and drive tangible results.
