Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of leading teams of over 100 people across multiple time zones, navigating the unique challenges of a global workforce. My philosophy is that true business success is achieved by creating a great working culture and striking the right balance between digital and face-to-face communication. This is what allows a team to truly achieve their shared and individual goals. I believe that there is no such thing as a small role. This perspective guides my leadership style, which is built on integrity and transparent communication. I focus on offering ongoing coaching and support to ensure everyone feels empowered and that momentum is maintained. This people-centric approach has consistently improved performance and staff retention; for example, I increased staff retention by 20% at Binyan Studios, ensured the timely launch of hardware products at Veo, initiated a new spend analysis framework at IKEA AU and decreased spend by 10% at Social Soup.
